This one-of-a-kind, trauma trained Usui Reiki Certification Class was developed with over 15 years of research and experience helping Reiki clients impacted by emotional or physical trauma. In this class, we focus on harnessing the power of Reiki to promote stress relief and healing from traumatic experiences, ultimately activating the parasympathetic nervous system and breaking free from the grips of the fight, flight, and freeze stress response.

You will learn about HeartMath® techniques, chakras, crystals, frequency layered meditation music programs and essential oils. This comprehensive trauma informed course is designed for the next step Reiki Practitioner. Deepen your understanding of trauma and its effects on the mind, body, and spirit. We will practice Reiki energy on each other with extensive training on how and when to use Reiki in our safe, informative, and open forum. Limited to 6 students.*Usui Reiki Level One prerequisite required.

Reiki Practitioner Certification

We combine both Reiki Level One and Level Two Attunements in this intensive weekend program to help acomodate work schedules and destination Reiki Certifications. The weekend will be a combination of lecture, meditations, discussion, demonstration, and practice time giving and receiving Reiki energy on each other.

This Reiki Practitioner Certification program has over 15 years of research and experience using trauma informed, backed by science teachings, resources and tools. Understanding these integrative approaches, will help your clients struggling with anxiety and trauma and help strengthen their inner resilience when faced with an unsettling life-changing forced move.
 
We’ll meet on Saturday for introductions, Reiki and HeartMath® teachings, journaling, affirmation card pulls. At the end of class you will receive your Level One Reiki Attunement.

On Sunday, we will recap with an a Q&A, learn more HeartMath® techniques for self-regulation, and understand how a well-being assessment creates clarity for intentional healing in your client's session. Each student will experience using Byosen (intuitive) scanning and the hand placement system. At the end of the class, you will receive your Reiki Level Two Attunement.

Class is from 9am-3:30pm both days.

I am Denise Talamantes, the owner of Optima Wellness Center, Holistic Integrative Practitioner, Founder of Power Up Reiki™ Practitioner Certification and Reiki Mentorship Program. I've created a trauma informed Power Up Reiki™ program based on over 15 years of research, trainings, certifications and instructor experience having taught over a hundred Reiki students and held thousands of Reiki Therapy sessions in southern Nevada. 

As a Reiki practitioner, I've been helping my clients overcome chronic pain, anxiety, insecurities, fear, grief, loss, insomnia by powering up with Reiki Therapy. I have found by listening (without judgement), I can learn how to best help my client's emotional or physical needs. I love it when my clients tell me for the first time in years they can sleep through the night...and that they finally have a peace-of-mind. It's because they are open to doing the good work and learning that this leveled up self-care is their lifeline to living their best life.
